Exceptional cross between Caribbean and Kentucky cuisines. We got an order of the fried green tomatoes to start and they were fantastic. We followed them up with two of their specials that day. I got the Jamaican chutney red snapper while my wife got their stuffed tripletail. We both really enjoyed our meals, although I thought mine was the better of the fish. It was fantastic! The chutney wasn’t overpowering and had just the right amount of t of flavor to compliment my grilled snapper. It was very busy and although the service was a little slow, they did the absolute best they could. We also were fortunate to have a great seat in their garden while live music was playing. It gave the night a wonderful vibe. We will be back!
The atmosphere & seating are perfect for both indoor and outdoor weather! The food is okay, had a good variety of seafood options. A wide selection of alcoholic beverages as well, usually has a live band that you can listen to when you sit outside.
Recommend reservations for dinner, especially if you're dining after 6PM, made easy through their web portal. I chose email and text reminders which had links to easy adjustments to reservation through same portal, which I had to use. I chose to sit on the patio, since it was wet season. We still had a beautiful view of the water from our table and there were plenty of fans and the breeze kept us from drowning in our sweat. Farlow's has a huge variety of seafood choices! The calamari was not overly crunchy, or soggy, and had a good amount of meat. (not pictured) The fish tacos were rather bland, in my opinion, and the rice it came with was oily. However, my guests felt the Caribbean Seafood Delight with grilled blackened grouper was "a mouthgasm" and the Coconut shrimp with corn pudding was a staple they always like. The coconut risotto was very delicious and had many layers of flavors. Staff was very kind and knowledgeable about menu items, including fresh fish of the day and how it was prepared. We will return!

Service was great, very quick. Rita, our waitress, was very friendly and knowledgeable on the menu.Jerk wings where very good. Ruben sandwich was great. I got mine with no mustard or pickles. I put some of the jerk sauce on it and some ranch dressing, 💯! Overall great food and nice atmosphere.
*Wow, food was top notch!*Staff was super friendly.*The only thing I didn't care for was the salad. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't bad. Just kind of like a normal salad you'd get before a meal at some old timer diner, or the dinner train. Personally, that salad before the meal is the reason why we go to Outback for dinner, so much. So I'd recommend upping that game... aaaand just putting it on some bigger plates. Mixing the dressing was tedious.*Will definitely come back to try some new things!
