    We recently encountered a common scenario with a client using HubSpot: two users with seemingly identical roles, one of whom had access to certain features, but the other didn't. The mystery deepened when we checked their permission sets, which appeared to be the same. 🕵️Does this sound familiar? Admins often struggle with this problem and spend valuable time digging through multiple browser tabs to find the permission discrepancies. But then we noticed a new feature on the Users tab 👉 the Compare Permissions feature.The feature revealed a subtle difference in individual user permissions that was causing the discrepancy in access. With a few clicks, we adjusted the permissions and our client's team was back in sync. 🤝But that's not all! This new feature isn't just for troubleshooting access problems.     Tired of creating endless workflows just to copy data between different objects in HubSpot?Now there's a better way 👉 HubSpot has introduced #SyncProperties, a new feature that automates data synchronisation between objects, makeing sure that data is consistently updated and aligned.Important to note:📌 One-way sync: Currently, data flows from the "Source" property to the "Synchronised" property.📌 Editing the source: You can only edit data within the original "Source" property.Ideal use case:⏩ Need to copy data in one direction between properties (e.g. city from contact to deal)?
