We recently encountered a common scenario with a client using HubSpot: two users with seemingly identical roles, one of whom had access to certain features, but the other didn't. The mystery deepened when we checked their permission sets, which appeared to be the same. 🕵️Does this sound familiar? Admins often struggle with this problem and spend valuable time digging through multiple browser tabs to find the permission discrepancies. But then we noticed a new feature on the Users tab 👉 the Compare Permissions feature.The feature revealed a subtle difference in individual user permissions that was causing the discrepancy in access.
